REVIMA is looking for its future: Fleet Management Manager – M/W

Your main tasks will be:

Task:

  • Analyze industry and internal data to predict APU reliability and maintenance cost per operating hour
  • Forecast trends / correlation in APU performance versus repair costs
  • Achieve selected APU maintenance service exclusive agreement contract margins using APU predictive maintenance and scheduled maintenance
  • Achieve contracted customer satisfaction objectives including aircraft technical maintenance recommendations, planning, and forecast APU removals, automatic alerting, and operational reliability goals
  • Support fleet management team members and other Revima departments in maintaining positive relationship with customer through timely recommendations, alerts, and fleet health reports
  • Partner with Sales and Program Management departments to develop new customers proposals and developing winning strategies with respect to fleet management services and reliability improvements
  • Communicate and champion innovative opportunities for further development of Fleet Management and APU health monitoring services
  • Partner with New Services, Program Management, and Information and Technologies departments in the development of new fleet management services and support new customer developments
  • Attend industry meetings and customers meetings to promote Revima fleet management services
  • Support Team members in well-being and professional growth

Teams Duties include:

  • Trend APU after repair test operational margins vs repair cost
  • Communicate monthly to Operations, Program Management, and Management departments trends in APU repairs with respect to expected time on wing, test cell performance and APU repair costs
  • Monitor APU Performance, develop alerts, predict APU time on aircraft and provide on aircraft recommendations
  • Communicate with customers monthly on the health of their fleet
  • Monitor and recommend when to remove APUs to maintain contract margins
  • Support PBH/ECP/NTE proposals by modelling Cost Per Hour (CPH), MTTSV, and reliability expectations
  • Evaluate New OEM modifications and industry trends impact to APU contract margins
  • Track quarterly APU reliability
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of APU and Aircraft operations
  • Develop relationships with OEM and customers

Required Profil:

  • Engineering Degree + OEM or Airline Experience
  • Main Engine or APU Repair, airlines operations, performance engineering, or controls system experience
  • Intellectual curiosity, spirit of analysis and automation
  • Innovation and project management
  • Previous team leader experience
  • Good interpersonal skills, sense of service
  • Able to develop complex excel spreadsheets, communicate through Powerpoints
  • Financial modeling a plus
  • Microsoft office, Java, Elastic tools (a plus)
  • Advanced English skills
  • Knowledge and contacts in aviation sector
  • Ability to work independently and network cross functional with limited management support
  • Ability to work and thrive in environment where analysis and recommendations will be based on limited data and require risk mitigation and communication
